Thank you for shopping with Nursing Mama. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before making a purchase.

📦 Returns & Refunds (Unopened Items Only)

In accordance with Distance Selling legislation, we accept returns of eligible products within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In their original packaging including outer clear wrapping
  • In resalable condition

Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure returned goods reach us safely. We recommend using registered post for tracking purposes. We do not offer prepaid return labels.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal nature of breastfeeding products, the following cannot be returned if opened or used:

  • Double wearable breast pumps
  • Flange inserts
  • Breastmilk collection cups / breast shells

Once the hygiene seal is broken or packaging opened, the item is no longer eligible for return or refund unless faulty.

🔁 Order Changes or Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible on email info@nursingmama.ie (Monday to Friday, 9am–4pm). If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns process for any unwanted items.

 

💥 Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your parcel arrives damaged or the product is faulty, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email at info@nursingmama.ie. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will work quickly to resolve the problem.

 

🚚 How to Return a Product

If your return has been authorised, please:

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  2. Include the following details inside:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Action requested (e.g. refund or exchange)
  1. Send the parcel via registered post (returns are at the customer’s expense)

Returns that do not meet our requirements will not be processed or refunded.

 

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will send you an email confirming the status of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
  • It may take up to two weeks for funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Please note:

  • Only full-priced items are eligible for refund.
  • Sale items or orders with discount codes applied are non-refundable.
  • Returns made for the purpose of accessing a future promotion will not be honoured.
